Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Drones with signs of crash or physical damage
- Products damaged due to improper use or modifications
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
- If rejected, we will notify you with the reason.
4. Exchange
Exchanges are offered only if the item received is defective or damaged. Replacement will be processed based on product availability.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
