1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Order Cancellation by Dronacharya
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues or incomplete transactions
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
In such cases, customers will be notified, and any paid amount will be fully refunded.
